OK! The way i did this achievment is by getting the kills in infinite mode! Otis should be your first! Have fun!

the sniper family eh well honestly your best bet is to and im not makin and promises first of all awnser all of otis calls even tho hes dick about it.Go to wherever and just kill every1 if needed or just ignore them im not sure which scoop gives you the hall family but all i know is awnser all calls go there save them or not its up to you but eventually you will get the call about them trust me.

now narmally i would be a dumbass and say just kill them but if you want the achievment what you do is get zombie genocider so you get real mage buster (RMB). Then point click kill the psycopath with a weapon of mass destruction.Normally it takes 1 to 5 shots the gunfire travels very slow (if you try hella copter) do not use megabuster if ur new its so slow timing it is hard.

the easiest way to do it is to kill the convicts the hall family sean jo pual cliff adam cletus and kent makes 13 youll easily make it

you can get this achievment with letting the cases expire u kill adam cletus cliff sean jo steven kent paul and the family

you cant let the cases expire because you fight larry on case 7-4.

could you let the cases expire and still kill all psychopaths?

also if you dont help kent with his pictures in the begining of the game can you still kill him later in the game

also psycopaths are really REALLY easy with the real megabuster so if your havin trouble just do genocider first

You can get this achievement in any of the modes (including overtime/infinity), but it is easiest in 5 or 7 day mode.
