Q: I've got my confirmation email, how can I get my Marketplace Points via email instead of having it shipped?
A: We ship the subscription codes via email by default, you'll get another email soon with a link to get the points and instructions on what to do if you prefer that we ship it via standard mail.
Q: How long does it take to get the confirmation email that my true.com signup went through and my Marketplace Points will be shipped?
A: Typically 1-2 days, but please allow up to 3 business days.
Q: I didn't get my confirmation email, what should I do?
A: Please first check your junk/spam box, sometimes our emails end up caught in there. Also, you need to activate the free trial with a credit card, not just enter your info. If you haven't done that, there's no problem - just do it now and you'll still get credit.
Q: I've heard of a new area of the website with other offers besides true.com that can get me Marketplace Points, how can I get an invite?
A: If you signed up for the true.com offer, you'll get an invite automatically awhile after we ship out your Marketplace Points. If you didn't, you can send us an email with the username and password you'd like and we'll send you the invitation email. For the time being, we're not allowing signups from the web since this new area is still in pre-release mode.
